The Huskers lead 6-0 near the end of the 1st quarter.

McCoy's Heisman chances have already taken a hit with two INTs.

The comment was made in the UC vs. Pitt thread that the Big East was a terrible conference because they threw so many interceptions during the game. I feel obliged to call the Big Twelve a terrible conference for the same reason. lol

Ok on topic now

Nebraska blocks a punt and then immediately throws a pick.

Wasted opportunity there.

Nebraska's offense is horrendous. They won't score again tonight.

Looks like McCoy could be hurt. This could be very bad for Texas

If Texas keeps looking this bad...and Nebraska keeps looking this putrid...and Texas slops a win.....TCU and Cincy would have a bigger gripe IMO.....and I wouldn't be against Boise St griping either.

Uhm, this is looking similar to 2003 when Kansas State upset Oklahoma. I know KSU won 35-7, but it was a shocker within itself.

Also, KSU didn't really stand a chance in their BCS game (I'm not saying that just because it was OSU), and I don't think Nebraska would have a shot of winning the Fiesta Bowl if they indeed upset Texas.

This is a very sloppy game indeed Ironman, and I agree Cinci and TCU should have gripes.

Nebraska isn't going to gain 100 yards of offense tonight.

If Nebraska wins, they will face Penn State in the Fiesta Bowl. I'm sure you would give them a chance there.

Yeah, I think Texas will play a much better second half. They'll probably end up winning by a comfortable margin.

I'm not sure about Colt's Heisman chances though. Looks like it may be down to Gerhart and Ingram.

nebraska gets the ball to start the half, they must put together some first downs and get at least 3. their defense is as impressive as any ive seen in a long long time.

You'd think the people doing the Dr. Pepper challenge would practice before hand. Those two girls were horrible.

I'm not sure why Pelini is yelling at Lee it's not like he's giving his offense a chance to win this game. If you think your going to beat Texas with those kind of play call's.... good luck buddy.

Yes, the guy who made 8/10 at the same contest at the SEC today wishes he was matched up with either of these girls as his girl opponent beat him by making her first 9 throws!
