And I can guarandamntee you that Carolina fans don't support Wake, State, Dook, or ANY OTHER school in the state of North Carolina.

That was one of the better performances of the day. Cincinnati. I'm not a supporter but I'll give them credit where it's due.

They played well.

I mean I can understand when teams of similar conferences want to root for each other. You always want your conference to do well.

But UC and OSU are not in the same conference, it's sad that UC fans want OSU fans to support them lol

I don't support UC because I have no connection to them at all. I don't root against them either. They're just another team.

this tournament does have a lot of regional flavor

Ohio State and Pitt both top seeds

Kentucky, Cincinnati, West Virginia, Notre Dame to some degree, Akron, Michigan

Penn State and Louisville although no longer

If you're talking about Kelly...he has had a WILD season lol at one point, he was up for expulsion from K State and up for a suspension from the NCAA. Both, obviously, failed...and he continued to play. But lately he's been playing like he's capable of, and K State is as good as he plays.

I'm surprised Utah State hung as close as they did. In my opinion Kansas State was the biggest lock of any game that wasn't a 3/14 seed or worse. Utah State is the same team every year. Never bet on Stew Morrill in the postseason. 0-6 in the NIT and 1-9 in the NCAA tournament (with the 1 win coming against Ohio State, naturally).
