1. It is Michele Bachman, a nutball and even the mainstream party stays away from her.
2. The first link notes not cuts to SS and Medicare in the budget. I agree on that one, we need reform on that. But, voters don;t want that at all (WSJ. NBC latest poll)
3. The Bill was in the past, and already passed. It is kind of hard to pull funding away from funds already allocated. It is like saying, oh remember that 20 bucks I gave you a year ago, I want that back. Doesn't happen like that.
4. Multi year funding for appropriations for HHS is unheard of. Only Defense and Energy (nukes) get multiyear funding. So, the House Appro Committee can cut funding and end that practice no problem.
5. The other links provided, even with the youtube video, are highly highly bias sites and should be taken with a grain of salt.

Hey, Michelle Bachman was on Meet the Press this morning and it was typical Michelle. No matter what David Gregory asked her she kept going back to the $105 billion, even to the point of holding up a card with the amount printed on it. It was so scripted on her part that she couldn't respond to anything else he asked. He was able to get her to speak about comments she had made about Obama running a "gangster government" and how she feels he harbors "un-American views", but she was sputtering and stammering so much you would have thought she was offering her take on Colin Firth's performance in "The King's Speech".

While in Canada last year I had occasion to see some of her political ads for her re-election campaign in Minnesota. She must have a poster of Bill Lee on her wall somewhere, because her mind is definitely "out there" somewhere.

Yeah, watching it now (it starts at 10:30 here in DC). This is awful. Gregory is trying to move the discussion over the FY11 budget CR and she is avoiding the issues all together.

Oh my. She is an idiot. On Libya, she says that we need to listen to what General Petraeus has to say on the issue. Newsflash Congresswoman, Petraeus is the Commander in Afghanistan/ Pakistan, not North Africa or even Centcom. He has no opinion on the issue as it is not his base of operation. Geesh.

You could say the same for anyone who voted for Boehner, Obama, McCain or Kasich for that matter. These four, plus the ones you mentioned, are capable of rational thought, whether you agree with their positions or not. Bachmann, on the other hand, is a complete airhead who has done nothing at all during her time in the House other than accuse its members of un-American activities and latch onto the Tea Party like a leech. She realizes that, without extremists to support her extreme views, she would fade away like dust.

It start with "not my president" and the 112 Congress should find even nickel of fraud in the Obamacare bill and make Public Servant Obama answer to his own bill... and those that knew this type of shit was within the bill needs to be put before the America public so we all know who is to blame come next election.
