Those in my life I have come across that I view as "not boring" have the ability to make most any situation entertaining and fun. Those that don't have that ability look for other people or events to keep their life "not boring". Events or activities are only boring when those observing it or participating in it allow it to be.
It's only my observation and certainly a very generalized statement not inclusive of all people nor all things.
