I tell you what, it would be a tough call without those white lines on the left to help illustrate that he was clearly safe.

some of the traditional weaklings are looking more talented and competitive (Baltimore, KC, Pittsburgh)

both Ohio teams off to a good start

Phillies take 2 of 3 from the Braves. Cole really dominated the Atlanta hitters striking out 8 and allowing 4 hits in 7 innings of work.

Twins getting blasted 10-5 by KC. What's happened to Liriano? Saw his ERA is over 9.50 right now. Only three starts into the season, but he's getting off to the sort of start that Charlie Morton did with Pittsburgh last year.

Johnson thru 7 but is up to 105 pitches. He has 9 strikeouts and only given up 3 walks. There is activity in the bullpen for the Marlins.

Freddie Freeman breaks it up with a bloopers double down the LF line. Johnson is done, thank god.

Chipper gets his 1500th RBI on a solo HR to join Eddie Murray as the only 2 switch hitters in history to have 2500 hits and 1500 RBI. Only bright spot of the night for my Bravos.

Rockies are off to a good start. Tulo has to be the front runner for MVP at this very early stage.
