Some very solid teams are at Garfield Hts. this year. The drawing is today and am very excited to see the match-ups and the possible match-ups. Chanel, Richmond Heights, Cuyahoga Heights, Dalton, and Lutheran East all seem to have solid teams. It should be exciting!

Bracket

I do not know the seeds but as a Dalton fan I have to like the draw the Bulldogs got. But we have to go out and execute.

Dalton got a good draw. Avoiding Chanel and Richmond Heights until the district final. Likely rematch in the district semi final with Lutheran East. Dalton won in 2OT earlier in the season.

Be my guess as well. My guess is Chanel took the bye in Richmond Heights bracket. The turmoil at Richmond Heights likely was a factor in their decision.

Chanel #1 Richmond #2, Richmond must have jumped on chanel's side of the bracket. Not sure how smart that is, Chanel is awfully good. Saw Rittman is playing Richmond heights in the first round. Any thoughts on that match up?

I find it interesting that Lutheran East is rated higher than the Dogs since the Dogs beat them. It really makes no difference to me I just thought that was interesting.

Only 4 teams from Wayne County so the voting is going to go to the more local teams unless you get a really outstanding record, and most coaches up there probably don't really pay attention to who beat who from down here, just how many games and records against each division.

Richmond Hts. finishes 20-0, so the termoil din't affect their play on the court, I see the Chanel and Richmond winner to win the district?

those 2 definitely have the best shot. I do think any of the top 6 could get out, though.

I agree with ya there. The bottom part of the bracket will have tougher district quarterfinal and the top will probably have a tougher semifinal. Good luck to the Dogs and Indians tonight!

Looks like Goliath won tonight. Sounded like (on WQKT) like Rittman played a nice game that wasn't shown on the scoreboard, except for the turn overs.

Still a ballsy move, I like the "we'll play any one any time" attitude. Nice season Indians.

Good luck to the Dawgs in the next game.

Ya MLK should be tough game no doubt. The only opponent they played in the district is Open Door which they won in OT. Oh and congrats to the Lady Dogs! Good to see some success for them as well.
