I wouldn't mind if they took Herzlich from Boston College. Maybe not this round but third round or later.

They don't really need a linebacker but I'd like to see him with the Steelers.

They probably have Brandon Harris and Brandon Burton on their radar.

I think those are the only two CBs worthy of this second round pick.

As long as one is still on the board they probably are ok not trading and giving up a pick.

best options now for the Steelers

CB Brandon Harris
CB Brandon Burton
G/T Marcus Cannon
T Marcus Gilbert
NT Kenrick Ellis

Burton is like a Bryant McFadden. Solid, good tackler but not a No. 1 corner. Or a player that's going to pick off a lot of passes.

Brandon Burton is bigger than Harris.

Solid player. Or maybe they'll go for OL.

I don't know if Harris was a Steelers player.

A little bit flashy.

That might be better off.

He's versatile so that's very valuable to the Steelers.

they also like Cortez Allen from The Citadel, cornerback about 6'1 and 197

I like Rashad Carmichael from Virgina Tech but I have not heard his named mentioned much with the Steelers

Two nice safe picks for the Steelers who both should see playing time this season. I like it so far.

They made that pick quickly, like they knew who they wanted.

Steelers pick No. 95

now I can't see the team officials sleeping another night without getting a cornerback

that has to be the pick here and then we'll go from there tomorrow

Johnny Patrick, Louisville
Curtis Brown, Texas
Brandon Burton, Utah
Kendric Burney, North Carolina
Quinton Carter, Oklahoma
Chimdi Chekwa, Ohio State
Davon House, New Mexico State

This is a solid group. Not good enough for second round but fine for the third round.

I'm thinking Davon House

good size, confident

just comes from a bad program, but he could end up like Ike Taylor

scouting report says "quick-twitch athlete" and "explosive in transition"

good attributes for being 6'0

DL, OL, CB.....

They addressed needs. I'm satisfied with their draft so far.

he had a good combine

showed off good agility and a great vertical leap

I would give each pick at least a B grade or better

they didn't reach and kept all of their picks for tomorrow

I thought this was funny.

When they were interviewing Curtis Brown, the reporters asked "You say you are a country boy. Where are you from?"

Brown answered "East Texas. It’s right under Street Point, Louisiana, and right on the other side of Arkansas."

It's like where the hell is that? Reminds me of the Water Boy or something.
