Nice! I hope it happens.

Been listening to MM? I'd like to hear his take.

They'd have to give up quite a bit to get Pouncey, I think.

Teams rarely get seven great picks in one draft. Usually four or five is a good draft.

So if they give up a couple to get a long term cornerstone player it's worth it.

You just have to be right about that player. But in Pouncey's case they had the advantage of seeing his brother for a year. If he's close to him then they know they're getting another special type of player.

I like Muhammad Wilkerson a lot.

He's from Temple so a lot of people may be thinking "how can he be good from Temple"

But he's so big and rangy. With a little bit of work in the scheme and with technique, he could be dominant.

The CBs Williams and Harris would be safe, logical picks. Can't say I'd be wowed by either one but given the major need they could at least get that position addressed right away.

But I wouldn't be locked in to a CB. All depends on who is there.

Amukamara has slipped a little bit.

I would consider moving up to get him even if it costs a third rounder and maybe one next year or something.

I would say the three most likely are:

LT Derek Sherrod
CB Brandon Harris
CB Aaron Williams

Steelers are in a nice position

they should even consider trading down if a team wants to jump up

I liked Wilkerson more than Heyward but still a good player.

They must not have liked Williams that much.

Colbert has done a great job in the first round and they had a lot of time to examine Aaron Williams. If they didn't want him I'd have to trust their scouting.

Nice pick by the Steelers though....
