For those of you who followed the Sandusky Perkins graduate in high school, Cory posted the second fastest mile time in the country for 2011 with a 3:57.9 at the Penn State National Invitational last weekend. The race set a new PR for Cory, along with a new OSU record, new meet record, and new track record, and is now an auto-qualifier for Nationals. Jeff See paced him, going 3:58.1, and Ryan Foster from Penn State went 3:58.4.
