Have a 5 yr old son with Celiac Disease. Always a concern that he has plenty of gluten-free food...even more so when the weather is predicted to get bad.

My father has that and I am sorry for your son. It is a lifestyle change to say the least. IMO most gluten free stuff tastes like shit but the pasta and anything made with white rice is actually pretty good. Also u can make him rice crispy treats for a snack, just do not get the rice crispy brand. Get walmarts brand as they do not have wheat.

Where are you? Minnesota? I heard areas around there even had 6' snow drifts, and the snow was coming down at a rate of 2-3" and HOUR.

*edit: I just seen you are in ND.
