Looks like a great selection there.Raw Dawgin' it;1312991 wrote:Best package I've ever received. Good friend of mine sent me these. I haven't had them yet, been letting them settle from traveling. I'm not sure which one to have first. I have a free night Wednesday so that'll be when I have the Speedway Stout.
I'm dying to drink my Bourbon County Stout but of course come down with a bit of a cold so I have to put it off for a bit.

Speedway Stout is readily available in Ohio, you should tell your friend to send you something else. Like the barrel-aged Speedway Stout they're releasing at the brewery for $28/bottle.

Nice, let me know what you think of Lucky 13asterd. Double Bastard I found to be a little hot.
Just got back from my trip home to Berea; picked up quite a haul, pumpkin focused. All bottles arrived back home with me too unharmed!

CoA-
Looks like you like the pumpkin ale. If you get the chance, try Rivertown Pumpkin Ale out of Cincinnati (Sharonville area). It's our favorite and were surprised to see it at the Giant Eagle in Alliance.

We got introduced to Rivertown this past May and visited their brewery over Memorial Day weekend. They have other great tasting brews with IBUs ranging from low 20s to over 100.
If you're heading to a Reds or Bengals game, set aside some time to hit Rivertown (about 5 minutes off I-75)

LOL! Pants... If you're ever driving down 62 towards Canton, stop at Butts and Brews and pick up a 6'er of Batch 19 (Coors Archive Brewery). It tastes great!

They stock it at Giant Eagle as well. I do like Butts and Brews though as far as Canton beer stores go.Apple;1314055 wrote:LOL! Pants... If you're ever driving down 62 towards Canton, stop at Butts and Brews and pick up a 6'er of Batch 19 (Coors Archive Brewery). It tastes great!

My wife gave me shit this weekend because I drank 9 Christmas Ales and puked. What can I say....I got a little excited after ND's comeback win. That being said, I do pound about 8-10 beers every Saturday. Is that so bad?

Is a high alcohol content beer corkable? Will it be good the next day too or is it different than wine in the sense that, once you open a beer you have to finish it that same day.

Never had a finishing problem before. Probably because I'm not a woman. My guess is you'll lost the carbonation and it would be flat. Best bet is to man up.Raw Dawgin' it;1315275 wrote:Is a high alcohol content beer corkable?
