I first had their Unfiltered Wheat back in 2004. That was I before I even knew what Craft Beer was. Loved it right from the start.

Ah no way I was just about to post this. My buddy got a 6 pack of Brown Shugga and Lil Sumpin and by the time I got there only Lil Sumpin was left. But I had never had it before and it was indeed delicious (fail on my part for being a west coaster and not drinking enough Lagunitas).

Well Big Lushious was a letdown. When I poured the beer it looked nice and smelled amazing so I expected to like it more than some of the poor reviews I've seen, but the taste was just overly sweet with very little stout coming through. Little more than half way through I was done and poured the rest.

Yeah that beer was a disappointment. At the taproom I had to mix it with backwoods to make it drinkable. ;)

Also, christmas came early here. Family in Ohio just sent me a box with a magnum in it....


Of barrel aged 12 days of Christmas by thirsty dog. Now I need to figure out how the hell I'm going to drink this.
