The Wife wants to have a KBS tonight. I'm trying to talk her out of it. I'll probably give in. We'll see as she is drinking wine and might forget.

Well no such luck as She already had one of our new KBS's in the fridge...and I'm damn glad she did as it is delicious.

How long would you have it in the fridge? I'd think that you would want to drink it near 55-60 degrees.

You can let it sit out until it warms up, thats what I always do.

I can drink it room temperature, but she likes it with a little chill on it. I'm not sure how long she had it in the fridge because it still felt a little warm. If you have this one too cold you lose a lot of the flavor.

The Oatmeal is very good, just not the prestige and rarity of the Kentucky. Glad to help.

At a wedding this weekend, w/o an open bar and only BMC at $9 a beer. I went sober. Pretty terrible wedding.

Voodoo Brewing's Cowbell is pretty phenomenal. It's an oatmeal imperial milk stout. Love when I can get it.
