How about just say the name "Houblon Chouffe Dobbelen IPA Tripel" so ppl dont have to click the link? Thanks.

I have not tried this, but 98 score by the "experts" is pretty damn good. I'll have to keep an eye out for it, post your thoughts when you finally try it.

Actually I made it easier for unfamiliar people to see the beer instead of guessing what the beer was. Keep reaching though. Lolfail

Anyway back to topic before CoA derails the thread.

Has anyone tried Hitachino with ginger? I was tempted. Hithachino is definitely the best Asian beer I've had.

No the easy thing would have been to put the name of the beer in your post, which I corrected for you. Then add the BA link, not surprised that went over you head though. lolfail

Busting through a 12 pack of Sam Adams IPA Hop-ology with The Wife. What can I say but it's Sam Adams. Not great but not horrible. I'm currently having their DIPA and it feels more like a single IPA. Oh well. It's a buzz none the less and another quality Drunk Post for Sonofanump to read.

I got this as a present http://www.crateandbarrel.com/dining-and-entertaining/bar-accessories/krups-beertender/s135961

I
'm not a huge Heineken fan but it also takes New Castle which i love. The mini keg now is a Heineken. It actually tastes a lot better out of the mini keg than the bottle, it also keeps me from drinking one of my good beers when I'm in the mood for a beer but don't feel like breaking out the good stuff.

Anyone else have one of these? I know a lot people who don't like Heineken but I don't mind it, tastes like Stella to me.

Well, when i went to the store to get a keg they had both, NC and Heine, but only the Heine has a price, $20. The guy wouldn't sell me the NC because he didn't know the price and was being an asshole and wouldn't sell it for the same price as the Heine, so I took the Heine cause I didn't want to leave the store without beer, it's also the only one in the area that sells the mini kegs. But honestly, why not keep a customer happy and cut him a break over a couple bucks?

I don't, but have been thinking about getting a Kegerator. They sell sixth barrels where I buy my beer. I just think it's a little dangerous having that much Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout on tap. But I am getting ready to re-do the Condo and a bar is going to replace the dinning room area so it's possible along with a mini fridge.

Not a huge Heineken fan myself. It's been years since I drank it. I used to drink it quite a bit when I was stationed in South Korea as Bud/Miller was not available off base. This was in 87-88. You have to go with what you can get sometimes so I won't judge you for buying the Heine. (Been there done that). Enjoy as maybe you can get NC next time.
