Hillsadle up to 7th and Smithville 10th....
Looking through the top teams' schedules, some of them have some quality games coming up!

#1. 7-0 Bucyrus Wynford has 6-1 Galion in Week 9.
#2. 7-0 Nelsonville-York has 6-1 Alexander and 7-0 Athens in Weeks 9 & 10.
#3. 7-0 Lucasville Valley has 6-1 Wheelersburg in Week 9.
#4. 6-0 West Lafayette Ridgewood plays 6-0 Liberty Center tonight.
#5. 7-0 Cols. Grandview Heights has 6-1 Liberty Union in Week 10.
#6. 6-1 Portsmouth West has 6-1 Wheelersburg in Week 10.
#7. 7-0 Jeromesville Hillsdale obviously has 7-0 Norwayne in Week 10.
#8. 5-2 Gahanna Cols. Academy has 6-1 Granville in Week 10.

There is a LOT of shuffling that could happen during those games! Looking forward to seeing what happens tonight between Ridgewood and Liberty Center!

@Paul: I have seen a great football team play before!! Smithville in 2002! When the Bobcats get to the State Championship game let me know!

I stand by my statement, Hillsdale and Smithville will give the Bobcats a game.
That's it Oldsmithie live in the past while the Bobcats jump into the future. I sure hope they give us a game no one has yet.

Dogs can't run with Cats. Bobcat Stalk!

It amazes me how Paul just continues to make a fool of himself. I too believe that Smithville and Hillsdale will play with Norwayne. I think Norwayne wins but they'll be decent games. Weather could definitely make a difference in both games. I've said it before but Norwaynes offensive success runs through the passing game. If the weather is really bad that will slow the Cats down some.

As of right now Norwayne is no different then Hillsdale....both undefeated. Smithville is 1 game back. The title belongs to Hillsdale until someone takes it away

On a side note...I did take a few minutes to lean on the fence, as to keep up my reputation.

I had to laugh...a few "older" gentlemen sitting close to me were talking and I overheard some of the conversation:

man 1: What the hell happen to Waynedale football???

man 2: I dont know...i dont see it improving either....

man 1: Whatta ya think??? We need to bring Sedar back??

man 2: Sounds good...somethings gotta help!!!

DISCLAIMER: This was NOT my conversation...it was a few men in their upper 60's??? 70??? Also Sedar is VERY happy at Ashland Crestview and I dont see him coachingg again. Just got a kick outta the older fella's....

ALSO...Hillsdale has a darn fine band!!!! I let a few Falcon mothers sit in my reserved seats for the halftime show, so they had good seats to watch their band children perform!
It is just to tempting isn't it Beast? Just keep twisting the knife.....

In that case, I'm praying for rain. ;)

In all seriousness, a talented home team always brings out a few nuts. Back when we (Smithville) were good for so long, there was some Smithville fan posting who sounded a LOT like Paul (name was something like "smithie20ondubs" or some nonsense). When a team gets good, the locals all come out of the woodwork, and you'll find that the locals include quite a gamut.

Has Norwayne thrown the ball in bad conditions yet? Not saying that they can't, just inquiring.

Last night I thought our big D line was like the Maginot Line. The Germans figured out you just go around it, I'm surprised that the Bears really did not even try.

Cats hate water, a good rain might just leave them hiding under the bleachers.:D

does hillsdale still bring that giant church bell to every game? I thought that was awesome last year... i also am hoping for rain week 9 which i think will give the edge to the smithies atleast on the offensive side of the ball

What is the deal with Red Rum? I hope it's not a joke from the 3 Stooges' Clan.

I was going to hijack that bell last night...bugt the big sissy said it was too heavy to carry to the concession stand....i should of went to the bleachers and swiped it. I KNOW he stole that from an Amish School house.

It would have been obvious you would probable have run straight across the field with it. Besides you would have thrown out your back. I was ALMOST disappointed when i got to the truck and my Go Falcons sign did not have "Beast Was Here" on it.

Not real sure about things in the Creek? The band plays "Hay" songs and the jr class fund raiser is scrap collecting.

GEEz do you go to the games. Weather was bad when played Waynedale and never skipped a beat beside we live off our defense.
