I found an article that indicates he was a Bush hater (in addition to obviously being unstable etc), which seems to fly in the face of the radical media's attempts to initially pin him as some kind of republican sympathizer. The 'left' did all the reaching right out of the gate; most of the rest of us are just calling them on it.

If it was the main headline, then you would have a point.
Yes, the NYT is the NYT and are obviously left. Yet, they explained the shooter as mental, unstable, crazy, and then whether it is right or wrong we will never know, went to establish how and why he turned the way he did. In his story, he mentioned he was anti-government and anti Bush. I'm unsure if that is true, but it was buried in the story.

You ignored the whole first two pages and went directly to the Bush part to justify your own views that the NYT are lefities. Yet, you failed to put the whole thing into context, just an analytical note really.

As to jhay, counter-factually, if Obama was in there, I have no idea, but I get your point, that the NYT obviously leans left. But, if they really felt that Bush was at fault, wouldn't they put it like in page 1?

I think it further proves QO's point by the fact that it was BURIED and not in the first paragraph.

He was anti-government which would lead me to believe that he probably didn't like Bush or Obama. Either way, it's dumb to try to make him look like a crazy Republican or Democrat because he obviously wasn't either of those. I just didn't think that article made him look like a crazy Republican but simply a crazy person.

And this is not good:

Agreed. I hate it when politicians look to scapegoat crazy behavior via multi-media. It takes away the individual's accountability for their actions -- and I very much doubt that is what they want to do, unless their biggest donors are defense attorneys. :)

Her husband Mark Kelly will be commanding Endeavor's final voyage in April. NASA says he will resume training Monday.
