I wish UM had nike uniforms. They need a new look. There jerseys are terrible, but love the helmets.

UM just got new uniforms a few years ago. The white with the thin yellow stripes. Those are new, not years of tradition. They look terrible. I love the helmet/tradition...we need new jerseys.

Yeah, but the white jersey's yellow stripe is hardly noticeable. Any change should lead towards them looking like they did in the late 90s IMO. I just hope that they don't fall victim to the growing epidemic of "let's make our uniforms ugly! But its really not ugly, because Nike says so."

I don't like the small yellow stripes because the fact that they are hardly noticeable. They could do so much better...

UM also needs to address their bball jerseys...All yellow looks silly...

I think the only teams that are making a perm switch to the Riflery experiment jerseys are Miami and maybe TCU, the rest of the teams will probably have the same general design as before, just made with the new material. FSU did wear theirs, but only one time last season. Also, considering the fact that they haven't exactly introduced an away jersey variant yet..

Think of it as Nike's "One Sleeve" experiment with VaTech and Florida a few years ago. Those jerseys were only worn a few times, and they were done to promote Nike's under shirts at the time.




FWIW...Michigan State is going to drop new uni's in April. They are revamping their entire look from what I hear.

^^I liked those single sleeve jerseys that Florida and Va Tech experimented with.

VA Tech's weren't terrible, but Florida's looked like a joke

I like the helmet more. But the top is better on the old one.
