What really is going to frustrate TCU fans is they are still going to listen to people say they don't deserve BCS games. I certainly didn't feel that UConn deserved a BCS game.
They could dominate the conference, title wise, and still not go undefeated every year. WVU has more or less dominated the conference in the last eight years (or at the very least, if you look at 2003-2007). With five claims to the conference title, they still only went undefeated in the conference one time and nobody ever really made a big deal about them going to BCS bowls with a couple losses. If a team from any conference went to a BCS bowl with five losses, people would say they don't belong. It just happens that the team to do that was from the Big East.
If TCU ends up running the table in the Big East, they're going to be treated the exact same way in the pecking order as any other BCS team. Meaning, if a bunch of teams are undefeated...or there are no undefeated teams and a bunch of 1-loss teams, the SEC will go first, then Oklahoma/Texas/Ohio State/USC, then whatever other closest-to-big-name team from the Big XII/Big Ten/Pac 10 happens to be there, then whichever team from the Big East/ACC that happens to be the bigger name. If TCU is the only undefeated team in the country, they'll be in the title game, which in the past would've been debatable. But, most people aren't going to be harsh about their being in BCS bowls with one or two losses.
