He actually said that? I never knew that. I thought you were referring to this year's Sugar Bowl pregame interview.

Not that it really matters, but apparently at the beginning of SVP they were talking about how in an ESPN postgame radio interview last night he pulled the exact same shit. The exact same question was posed, he said "excuse me" and walked away.

Seems like was more than him not being able to hear. I also have trouble believing it had anything to do with him going to get the injury treated or anything either, because if it was that much of a problem he would have gone straight to the locker room and just came out at the press conference.

QUESTION: Terrelle, when you found out about the suspension and everything and Coach Tressel said you needed to tell him you were coming back next year to make this trip, what was your decision making process like? Was it a hard decision or was it easy to decide to come back next year?

TERRELLE PRYOR: I think the main thing was definitely I didn't want to let the seniors down. That's a tight group. And I didn't want to be so selfish to not come and play for the guys. And another thing, I don't think I'm really ready for the NFL. I think I've got a lot of learning and better decision making I have to make on and off the field.
And I think even off the field, I think I need to grow up a little bit more and mature as well in that standpoint. So I just have a lot of growing up to do. And we'll take steps. Talked to Coach Tressel and we have a plan going down and I have to follow it exactly how he put it.

At this point in Chekwa's career I would assume that the crowd is a bit of an afterthought, especially if he is in that much pain. A broken arm is a broken arm. The same bones are breaking for everyone. Some people just have higher pain tolerances. You think Cam Heyward would have needed help getting off the field from a wrist injury? Over his dead body.

Seriously? There is different types of breaks in different areas of the arm. These all make a difference in the pain level. One break is not similar to another in every instance.
