Oh gawd, I think I'm gonna puke. :)

that lemon water diet is probly the stupidest thing ive ever heard - if you wanna cleanse just completely cut out all sugar/carbohydrates for 2 weeks to get the processed/refined shit outta your system...when youre done go to this link and follow it to a T for the whole month = diet/exercise kick start

Men and women see these sample size, computer enhanced, drugged out models so much and start to consider them the "ideal". Men look for more of it, and women/girls try to emulate it.

True story:
I'm 5'10 and gaining some lbs. like I do every winter. So right now I'm probably 155 (gasp!). I don't consider that to be "fat", but I'm sure lots of people do. I've never been "skinny" and with low blood sugar, still consider myself healthy. I actually think I'm one of those people who, if I lost too much weight, wouldn't look right.
PLUS, if a catastrophic even ever took place and food was scarce, I'd be better off than some of those other folks! LOL
I don't consider that fat either; actually, I consider it damn near perfect. I once dated a girl that was 5'10" (I love me some tall chicks)and at one point in our relationship she got pretty close to 180lbs, but because of her frame, she still looked good. Taller chicks can put some lbs on and still look good! The thing is, I've seen pics of her now and she's lost a lot of weight, probably around 130 -140 lbs now and she looks no where close as good as when she was heavier.

The determinant regarding what looks "good" is very subjective. What is ideally health is much more definable however.

I want mine to dissapear~! LOL

I am currently 6'5", 267. I was down to 261 1 month ago, but have slowly climbed. I was trying to figure out my eating habits and now I know what to cut out! I have been steadily training for super sprint triathlons for over 1 year. I have competed in 3, Shelby, McMinnville TN and Waverly and ran 2 5K's. The winter I usually gain a little, started tweaking my workout.

My biggest motivation, my older brother. He is 4 years older and has always been bigger, 6'3" and now 230! I will catch him!

I can't imagine its too healthy, he said you take hcg drops 3 times a day and eat something like 500 calories. Your body uses the hcg to transform stored fat into energy and that's how you lose the weight. In some cases up to 3 pounds a day. Can't say I would do something like that but was just curious if it has actually worked for anyone.

As in Human chorionic gonadotropin? Thats the last thing I would fuck with, a hormone that is made during pregnancy and secreted by tumors.

No clue what it is, that could be it. Like I said I'm not looking into using it or anything like that, just curious if anyone has head about it because up until a couple weeks ago I hadn't.

LOL. I can't say I've ever been much of a fratstar when it comes to dressing for football games. I choose comfort.

It's what got manny and brian cushing suspended. It can restart testosterone production in steroid users too.

According to BMI I'm obese...

5'9" 190.

I "should" be around 150 something if I remember right, last time a doctor told me that I asked him which leg I should cut off to lose 40 lbs, because I sure don't have 40 lbs of fat to lose.

I could honestly lose possibly 10 lbs, maybe even 15 to get to 175-180 without losing any muscle, but I've lifted weights since I was 14 years old, and at 31 I'm not fat and I'm not scrawny either.

BMI I'm obese, but my blood pressure of typically 110/50 says I'm not.

???? Blood pressure doesn't measure obesity. Blood pressure can be influenced by obesity.

There are obese people out there with normal blood pressure.

BMI is complete bullshit. According to the BMI all those body builders are obese as well.

Sorry, guess I should have said 110/50 even after a workout to be more accurate.
