I am about 5'10" and 215.

I have gotten extremely lazy in the last couple of years. I exercised for so many years that I just ran out of gas to continue. I just lost all motivation to run and keep in shape.

I decided that I want to get back down to 185ish (I hope). I am gonna start busting my butt...slowly at first. I've been doing things for the last 3 days, Wednesday is my day off -- I just decided that because my legs feel like jell-o now. Once I get away from cafeteria food too, it'll be better nutrition for me. I'll also try the "lemonade cleanse" when I land a job/move in the next few months -- hopefully. I tried it once, but just couldn't stomach it. I talked to a buddy of mine who does it several times a year and he gave me some hints in being able to drink it. If I can just start off doing it a week, I'll be happy.

You only drink a certain lemon water type concoction for a period of time.

People think it's wonderful becuase you lose weight but you will lose weight with any type of starvation diet. And that's what it is. Drinking a low calorie drink and not eating is starving yourself.

6'8" around 200. I have been around this weight for quite some time and can't really gain too well. A year ago I broke three ribs and had the flu over Christmas time and got down to around 170, it wasn't too fun, but I was able to gain it back. I'd like to be 230, but we'll see.

PS- there are a lot of short people on this site.

I have been counting calories, running, and working out to get my weight to this point.
When I went to the doctor back on January 17th I weighed 248.

...I'm 5'-10"---at my heaviest was 210 and when took my physical and all my numbers sucked, so I started hitting the gym 5 days a week. Now I'm down to 175, so eating better and working out 5 to 7 hours a week has helped me.

The video here is NSFW and some images are disturbing. Viewer discretion is advised (lol)

And like I said earlier, I would rather see somebody be a little overweight (that's managable) than scrawny and gross.
I'm not talking 5'4" 300lbs.

What's wrong with 5'4 300 lbs?

How the hell does BMI even calculate whats overweight and whats nto anyways
BMI is for non active persons and does not take into effect muscle mass.

6'2" 235 - I have a little bit of fat around the belly I'd like to lose, but I also have quite a bit of muscle everywhere else and If you looked at me you'd probably think I weighed 210 or so. I carry it well. I really don't think I could lose more than 10-15 lbs. 220 is where I'd love to be, but it's tough for me to get down there. I had my jaw wired shut for 3 weeks after my jaw surgery and got down to 223, and as soon as I could start eating again i went back to 233 in a week. And I was still exercising daily and eating somewhat healthy. My bad guy is beer. I love beer. And because of this I will never really be "ripped", but I'm cool with it.

Also, considering I was probably about 290lbs or so a few years ago, I'd say I'm doing ok. I was pretty damn disgusting for a little while. Thank baby jesus I snapped out of it.

5'10 200-205ish probably. I haven't weighed myself in a couple of months but I'm the same build if not a little leaner than I was when I last weighed myself. I run 2-3 times a week, lift about 3-4 times a week, and also throw in some plyometric work outs for my legs.

The eye test says I'm not overweight.

I’m 6 ' 0" and 225 pound however I’m also 61 years old with very good muscle tone and strength (dam I good looking and rugged ) … I'm eye candy to many of your moms

I would like to lose about 35 pounds....
I’m working on this now. I have lowered my food consumption, start off the day with more that just coffee I have a bowl of oatmeal, limit my lunch to fruit (sometimes I will eat out at my favorite bar) and eat a good balance dinner and no evening snack… See how that works out for now

I am 6'2 165-170... I'd really like to get back down to 150-155. But that would require me to start running again which I wish I had the motivation to do. The snow today has made me want to go running though I've always loved running in the snow. Although people do tell me I look a lot better now then I did when I started college 6 years ago and was 6'2 130 haha.

It is the greatest environment to run in.

The clean air, and cold temperatures make it ideal.
