I got home Christmas day 2 AM. I had to shovel some snow. I had pain when I twisted. Then I realized that I was stretching my sunburned skin. Then I pondered, "When have I ever shoveled snow with a sunburn?"

Today is a great day. It would have been my last trip to Conotton Valley, but due to circumstances, I actually made my last trip out there Dec 19, 2009 - I just didn't know it.

Strasburg beat TCC last night in a mild, but still wowing, upset. TCC will play NCT to advance to the district.

Hiland plays Toronto tonight. Last year Hiland won 74-4 with Toronto not scoring in the second half against the subs. Despite the fact that Hiland is not a prolific offensive team, this one will still be ugly. I'll predict 68-11. Toronto is 0-20 this year.

Hiland will play the winner of Conotton and Steub Central Catholic.
