There is word that Davis may not get surgery and will attempt to play with a brace. If so, I wish him the best and will be glad that he got to play! Any truth to this encouraging rumor? I hope he recovers well.

Not true. According to the head coach, the damage was serious enough that he will not play this season. Surgery will be at the end of the month. Hoping to make a run at track season.
