I'm really starting to think so myself. There just is no other explanation for your AD to not make an announcement if he is keeping the old ball coach around. Then you add in the money aspect. Not to mention recruiting is already affected by the waiting game. 4 star RB decommitted and fans are up in arms (many believe he decommitted due to the coaching indecision).

Wouldn't be surprised if Miami takes a look at RR.

He said it was a rumor. Rumors usually don't have links as they are rumors.
Writerbuckeye;586578 wrote:No link. The OSU board I frequent has a lot of hear say stuff. That, combined with the deep ridicule Richrod is taking over his Josh Groban moment at their banquet, is leading folks to believe his time there is short -- and he'll be fired after their bowl game, when his buyout drops by half.
I kind of feel like he's one of the players on Survivor who knows that his head is on the chopping block and who is likely going home. He sounds like he knows what's coming so he's scrambling trying to do whatever he can to stay on the island.

I agree that if he was for sure coming back that Brandon would have come out and say that he was coming back. Since he hasn't said that it either means that he's out and they are waiting until after the bowl games when the buyout drops or the bowl game will be the deciding factor. I think that this has to have an effect on recruiting. If I were a high school student being recruited by Michigan they would be moving down my list because I wouldn't want to commit and then see the coach fired in a few weeks, especially if I'm going to play in their offense.

Justice Hayes seems to think his job is safe.

I'm ashamed of scUM for waiting until "the price goes down..." c'mon you bitches got the money...unload him already. Get Harbaugh in here pronto and get this rivalry back on track.

Justice Hayes doesn't have a job yet.

My point is, he decommitted from ND because he thought Kelly's job wasn't safe, and then 3 days later committed to Michigan.

RichRod is the antecedent of "him" in Karen's post, not Justice Hayes.

"Justice Hayes seems to think [RichRod's] job is safe."

It's cool. You shouldn't use a pronoun without establishing who or what it represents first anyway. I has to read to his twice to get that he was talking about RichRod.

I'd like to see Richrod stay at UM for at least 10 more years.

My bad. I just assumed common sense would work.

I think it comes down to the bowl game, which is why the AD is saying it is still up in the air. UM wins their bowl he stays, lose and he is gone....

Common sense would say you were talking about Justice Hayes thinking HIS job was safe since we were talking about negative recruiting right before you chimed in, and Dee Hart recently decommitted.

Assuming Harbaugh were Michigan's next coach, how long before he bolts for the NFL, which is where he wants to end up?

Yeah, that's why I was doubting Harbaugh comes to Michigan. But perhaps the Michigan job is the one thing he would rather or be as happy doing as the NFL.

Could be, as an OSU fan I hope he gets the rivalry back to being competitive if does come, but then bolts for the NFL. Haha
