n00b!

HAHA, you should've seen me play pal!
Ok now that that's out of the way, I want to comment on one of the earlier posts about Orrville coaches.
Orrville has had 4 coaches since the 1950's;
Bill Shunkweiler Not quite sure when he started-1964
Mo Tipton 1965-1987
Bill McMillan 1988-2005
Doug Davault 2006-present
Mo Tipton is definately the guy that got Orrville on the Ohio High School football map!
RedRider1's blog has a great special on Mo, you can read all the facts here http://www.redridersportsblog.com/2009/01/all-work-and-mo-play.html

I was banking on Maurice Tipton to make an impact at Hoban. Dangit.

He made an impact at Orrville and started the tradition that we still have today...that's all that matters.

Let's get back to this game. Good stuff today let's keep it going. I am looking for some good footage of Orrville from this year. Anyone know of any. We have seen a ton of Genoa. Night night kids. Talk to you tomorrow

CalPreps has been hit & miss with Orrville this year. Think they've missed at least 4 of our games this year....thats only 33% but it's much higher than their normal prediction percentage.
But hey...at least they're saying we hold Genoa under 30. I think that's imperative for Orrville to win this game.

CalPreps has been spot on in a few games this year, and not even in the ball park of others. It's all mathematics, so when you use math to predict the future, expect some outliers. If anyone from Orrville wants to meet me before, during, or after the game, just look for the tallest Genoa fan you can find. That's me. Also if you Orrville fans would like to know, you have a huge fan in Temperance, MI. He's been rooting against Genoa every week because I keep calling off on his ass!
P.S.- OrrvilleQB, judging by the number of your posts on this thread, feel free to go outside every once in a while. The sun will do you some good.

Must not be a lot of Orrville folks on night shift. Very unusual to go nearly 4 hours without them imparting a little of their wisdom.

My wife gave me the go ahead...now I just need my boss to give me the day off.
$50 for gas
$9 for a ticket
$5-10 for food at the game
Watching Genoa win priceless (my fingers cross)

That was a little too easy dog? You might want to look into why she was so eager to get you out of state. haha Just kidding. I am glad you can do this, travel safe, Big brown rv with Red Rider flags if you want to stop by.
Heard a funny story at the booster club meeting last night per our AD, at the meeting with the people at Avon Lake the Genoa AD said his fans want to get there about 1pm.....the Avon Lake AD said "we are still in School they can't come that early, why do they need to come so early?" Genao AD said a group of them last week at tiffin got there in time to roast a WHOLE DEER! I am starting to love the Genoa fan! that is hilarious! He also asked about noisemakers and he was told nothing that is mechanical....he said yeah, we tell our fans that every week and every week they keep bringing whatever they want. I give Genoa the nod on fantastic fans! Can't wait to see the spectacle in person again.

I saw a giant buck on the way to Tiffin that I considered driving off the road to hit!
Guess that solidifies my roots to Genoa doesn't it? Hahaha

I just emailed my boss...lets hope he is in a giving mood with the short notice and all. If I get the time off, the whole family is going to make the trip. Me and my oldest son will probably be the only ones going to the game. We both have family in the area...so it works out.

Yes I think it does. I remember when I was 8 or 9...we were driving somewhere and my dad hit a fox...backed up...hit again...open the trunk and threw him in it.

...and don't forget the real reason they want to be there at 1pm....booze...and plenty of it.
So buhrdog wont be the only one calling off tomorrow....not going to be a very productive day in Ottawa county.
