Makes sense.

Depends on where in Indiana. MLS lmao ok no loss there. MLB could be reds, det, Chicago team depends on where in the state you live. You're not allowed an NHL team though, sorry.

Not to mention I have lived in Toledo since I was 2 weeks old.

Born in Fort Wayne. Moved to Toledo when I was 2 weeks old.

Lived back in Fort Wayne for a year when I was 11.
Back to Toledo till I went to college.
College at IU for 4 years (then lived there for a year after graduation)
Toledo for just over a year again.

I am an Indiana college fan (since before I went there).
Colts Fan
Pacers Fan
Indians Fan

I follow the Browns and Cavs closely because I am in their market and occasionally have to do work for their television departments anyway. But I am not a fan of them over the Pacers/Colts. Just root for them on the side.

I am a Wings and Crew fan, but those sports dont matter.

No can't switch. You can cease to be a fan, say if the Browns were to have a scumbag POS serial rapist/sexual assault trash like rapistfucker, I would cease to be a Browns fan. Yet that doesn't give me license to switch teams. I would not be able to chose a team because that is bandwagoning.

Id say relocation is the only reason. But you dont really switch, you actually just dont have a team anymore (I could never cheer for a team that left my city for another).

If you move, Id say its ok to cheer for the new hometown team, but the original team would be the #1.

if you are a fan of team stay loyal to your team through thick or thin . . . !!!
example of staying loyal is MU as the MU is suffering these days from downs there fan following is also decreasing .
