That's a fact? Statistics prove otherwise. Damn, you are just a dumb human being. Literally too stupid to comprehend simple facts.

St. Louis is mediocre, but they don't stink. They're 4-5...not 1-8 or anything sucky like that.

Mr. "Brain Dead" himself coming to the picture. You're the dumbest fuck up on this board!

St. Louis is garbage and that's the TRUE facts.......a sub .500 team!

That has gotta be one of the funniest things i've ever read.

What's so funny? St. Louis stinks, plain and simple......plus they play in one of the worst divisions in football which by chance is where Troy Smith plays. Keep fooling yourselves!

What Troy Smith has done the past two games may or may not mean anything. But,the St.Louis defense held San Diego to 17 points and held Phillip Rivers to 249 yards passing. Are the Rams the best defense in the league, no. But, they are far from the worst. San Diego leads the NFL in total offense and passing offense.

If you are an NFL this season should have taught you that there are maybe a couple of garbage teams, Carolina come to mind, but most teams are competitive and can win or lose on a given Sunday.

I didn't realize that being one game below .500 over mid-way through the season meant you're a garbage team that completely stinks. Take out the Detroit debacle (44-6 WTF?!) and they've outscored their opponents with the 49ers being the only other team even scoring 20 points.

Saying a horrible team is horrible to support an argument = good.
Pretending a mediocre team is horrible to support an argument = not good.

This is the NFL, there are no horrible teams. Even the 1-8 Bills have competed in most of thier games. An impressive performance in the NFL shouldn't be discounted.

This was never in doubt, even in college. Brady will be selling cars as early as next year, Troy Smith will be signing a multi-year deal that will dwarf anything Brady got from his rookie contract(assuming he keeps DOMINATING like he has).

Enjoy your bowl loss Rock, we all know its going to happen.

The funny thing is, he's claiming they're garbage to support an argument against an argument that he completely made up in the first place. Nobody said Troy was gonna be a HOF'er, just that he's had a couple good games, but Rock comes on here and acts like we are saying he's the 2nd coming.

TWHPIH got his ass sacked 6 times yesterday. Where were those famous legs of his? Laughable that this guy is a starting NFL QB. You deserve to be fired Singletary for trying to teach Alex Smith "a lesson" by going with TWHPIH.

Smith's numbers against a good Tampa Bay team at home: 16 of 31 for 148 yards, one INT, no TD's and a passer rating of 51.5.

Troy didn't have a great game yesterday. No running game, and pressure in his face all day.

this is sad. There is some serious grasping of straws going on here. How good are Brady Quinn's numbers for the Broncos? What about Rick Mirer?

He has two good games, rock gives no credit. But there he is, not even 24 hours after the bad game that he shows up with the stats.

By the way, Tampa Bay is behind St Louis in scoring defense and total yards given up per game. So since you said Tampa Bay has a good defense, you then conceit that St Louis therefore has a good defense as well.

WOW.......you're as stupid as the other two! Did I say "defense" or "team". I hope your parents didn't waste their money sending you to college.

Obviously you insinuate defense when you post Smith's numbers against a team. It's not like you're saying he posted poor numbers against Tampa Bay's special teams.

No you're right you did say team but is the defense not a part of team? Troy Smith only went up against the Tampa Bay defense which is all that should matter when you say they have a "good team."

Also no my parents didn't have to spend a dime on my college education. They have these things called academic and athletic scholarships I received both to pay for about 80% of my colelge education and the rest I've paid for myself.

^^^You two stooges need mental help. Good defenses don't define a good team.......look at Pittsburgh last year. You're only defense is to make up garbage and twist my posts around. This is what desperately stupid people do.

No a good defense does not define a good team I think we can all agree on that. But when you post a QBs stats and say he went up against a "good team" that would imply a good defense since the QB only plays against the defense.
