Well, TBH, LSU isn't anything to write home about this season. They should have lost more than 3 games, overall, but got a bit of luck in some of them (much like Iowa).

Iowa should go over PSU because they beat them. That said, neither one deserves a BCS bid IMO.

Penn State will probably get the bid over Iowa, especially if they are playing Boise State, because they will need someone that will fill more than half of the stadium and get someone to watch the game on TV. Iowa would travel, but they wouldn't bring in the ratings like PSU would. Also, Ohio State has a better chance to play for a national title this year than the Big East runner up (even if it's 11-1 Cincinnati) has of playing in a BCS bowl this year.

There was talk that if Cincinnati lost to Pitt and Notre Dame had beaten Stanford that Notre Dame would have been picked for the Gator Bowl and 11-1 Cincinnati would have played in the Meineke Car Care Bowl.

TCU and Boise will already be in. Do you mean a non-BCS team other than them?
I was emphasizing my point that I am very disappointed with the Big Ten this year. Honestly, I think Iowa should go.....according to the system that is in place currently.
