Gentlemen...I agree with what you're saying. My post was mostly sarcasm based on all the OSU haters out there in College Football Land.Cleveland Buck;524992 wrote:If Michigan State and Ohio State finish tied for the conference, whoever has the higher BCS ranking would go to the Rose Bowl, which would be Ohio State if they both finish 11-1. Also, if Michigan State were to go 12-0 and the Rose Bowl, there is zero chance of an 11-1 Ohio State being left out of a BCS bowl. I don't see how Ohio State finishes 11-1 though.
I actually don't see Ohio State going 11-1 either unless the O-line shows up again and someone lights a fire under the special teams. I see the Buckeyes losing to Iowa. Worst case scenario is they play like shit against Purdue or even Michigan and manage to lose one of those and go 9-3. Not likely but based on what I witnessed against Wisky, anything is possible.
I still think the Buckeyes are destined to play an SEC team in the Capital One Bowl this year and guess what? They'll lose big time to whoever that SEC team might be.
It's like clock work.
