Sorry Laley but no way both TCU and Utah get a BCS Bowl since they both still have to play each other.

There is no chance Utah and TCU make it. I don't even think TCU will get a BCS bowl. Boise State isn't going to lose, and only one non-AQ is guaranteed a spot. There will be some big name teams eligible to take those at large spots, and TCU will take their 12-0 record to the Poinsettia Bowl.

Correct. The loser of that game will not make the BCS. I'm also not convinced that a second SEC team will get an invite since the top teams are all in the West. If Nebraska and Oklahoma week winning and Nebraska upsets Oklahoma in the Big XII Championship then it's likely that both of them will go. If OSU wins out then there's a good chance that they will get chosen because of how well they travel and because of the ratings that they draw. Michigan State is going to lose to Iowa this week and OSU is going to win out and finish higher in the BCS, so they'll beat out MSU and Wisky for the auto-bid from the conference anyway.

ND will lose to USC and the BCS talk will stop. That will be 4 losses and this season I think they have already lost too many games to be considered but because of the money they could bring like the Bucks they will always be looked at. (Devil1197 has been working a lot of hours lately)but I'm sure you haven't heard the last of him.

Actually I was asking why bowl reps would be at ND. I understand bowl reps generally go to games of teams whom they might select, but c'mon. What really are they going to see at South Bend that will be useful to them? Everyone knows the amount of ratings/$$ ND would bring to a bowl game. No doubt if they are in the top 12, they are getting an at large bid. I guess I can't blame them for taking the free trip to do some "researching." lol

I didn't say they were a BCS caliber team this year. That is what I found to be kind of funny. Even if they win out and finish at 9-3, I don't think they will be near the top 12 in the BCS standings.

Utah could beat TCU and Notre Dam could beat Utah and neither TCU or Utah would go, you guys haven't considered that yet.

Technically at 4-3 Notre Dame would qualify for a BCS bowl if they won out. Just saying.
