Would have made it 2 possession game with OSU getting ball after the half.

Pryor is hurt. It's pretty easy to see. But if he was a QB he wouldn't have to run to be successful.

Not being able to score when already down big has been the downfall of this team in the Tressell era...Have a good night!

Let's see...We get an INT, a gift personal foul, 4th and 12, and a missed FG.

WTF??

Settling for a FG in 4th and goal down 21-0 was a backbreaker, OSU all but threw in the towel on that play.

I'm not one of the reactionaries who calls for JT's head after every loss, but I can't remember the last time I saw him make a meaningful in-game adjustment. He sticks to his conservative gameplan, even when it's clearly failing, and it's a big reason OSU can't beat anyone with a superior talent level.

When you want to win the game you do. We're being outplayed in every aspect, you have to try and create situations to turn the game quickly.

Maybe OSU would have lost anyway, but kicking the FG there insured it.

The worst thing about Sweat's interception is that Tolzien may not throw another pass tonight.

Sometimes you have to take a chance. Tressell's not very good with that.

Why we didn't call a Timeout with about 50 seconds to go is beyond me.

Why would he? The status-quo is working so well......

This is what I was talking about, refusal to change strategy and mindset mid-game. Tressel's a great coach, but this fault has cost OSU multiple games during his tenure, and he doesn't seem to ever learn.

it's too early to think you have to score touchdowns

too many things can happen and you may end up blowing a couple 4th downs trying to go for it and those points could add up to getting you back in the game

although in this case they missed a FG anyway, but I still wouldn't go for broke already

We need to be aggressive coming out the gate in the third. Every drive needs to have an urgency so that we don't lose a lot of the clock

special teams blunder, team playing uninspired, abyssmal play calling (especially in the red zone)--these all point to one guy---Coach Tressel. I've got a feeling there's going to be some serious shit going on in the locker room...GO BUCKS!!!!

The opening drive in the 3rd quarter will be huge for Ohio State.

I think the game will be determined right there for them.

if they would've hit that FG and been down 21-6, it would've been ok

then go down and score first in the second half and 21-13, still one possession

that FG kind of hurt, makes it more of a climb but sometimes you just have to steady the game when everything is going the other way

This reminds me of Michigan of 2003 the most. The Wolverines jumped out to a 21-0 lead and Chris Perry was looking like he was about to break the ncaa rushing record. Clay is running the same.

This will define the season.

Whether they can rally in the second half.

All good teams have to survive games like this. Either they do and they're a title contender or they're not
