I have yet to see him play but even if they competition is not stellar (although neither team are absolutely horrible) those hare some huge numbers.

He runs the offense perfectly for Michigan because that is how Rich Rod's offense needs to be run. UCONN and ND will both be bowl teams this year so they are nice wins to start the year. If you want to criticize those two teams than I guess Pryor's stats against Marshall and whatever he does against OU and Eastern Michigan should be disgarded too. Both are good players and run their respective teams as well as anyone.

You can't ignore the numbers Robinson has put up in two games. He is much improved from last year and will give many teams problems.

Great performance by an exceptional athlete. I hope he keeps it up because the Big 10 is better when UM is competitive.

You can't give him the Heisman yet. They played Notre Dame (not exactly a defensive juggernaut) and an overmatched UConn team. Still, he has been ridiculous, and if he holds up through the season could save Dick Rod's job.

Denard has been impressive so far. Definitely didn't see it coming from him after seeing a few UM games last season. I knew he could run but the passing stats so far have been most impressive. Are the announcers still all over him for his shoelaces? That got really old fast last year

That 87 yard run was sick. Definitely something that will be played ad nauseam on ESPN/ABC every week for the rest of the season when Michigan plays.

Indeed it was. My favorite part was Harrison Smith tackling himself instead of Robinson.

As a Buckeye fan I am damn impressed with Robinson at QB.
455 Yards Rushing
430 Yards Passing
885 Total Yards with 5 Touchdowns and 0 Turnovers.

Some Buckeye fans need to wake the hell up. If Terrelle Pryors had those kind of stats through 2 games, all of you would be handing him the Heisman and on his nuts. Yes I love TP and think he is a very good QB. I don't care that it was UCONN and Notre Dame!!!! Take off the OSU Blinders and accept it that Robinson is a very talented QB in RichRods system.

THIS. THANK YOU.

UConn and ND aren't Miami, but they also aren't Marshall (or a 1-AA) either, they are decent teams and those numbers are impressive. RR seems to have found a QB to run his system (Forcier was OK last year, but definitely not the guy).

Probably the best QB in the B10. I know, its only been 2 games. Ive never been impressed with Pryor except for one game. Forcier needs to transfer to LSU.

I know OSU fans will hate, but those stats are incredible. Just absolutely incredible and it's hard to take anything away from him. He wasn't playing a 1AA school or a MAC school, he was playing Notre Dame. Does it mean he will win the Heisman? Absolutely not. But it does give Michigan fans some hope, which is something they might not have had two weeks ago. Rich Rod found his guy and I think Michigan wins enough games this year to give him at least another year as the coach.

No hating from me, amazing back to back performances. I would be thrilled if I were a UM supporter, but it is a long season.

I would but Robinson at the top on the Heisman list right now but it is a long season. There has to be a reason he barely nudged out Forcier in the QB battle.

That was lip service from RichRod. He knew all along that Robinson was his guy. Forcier is 3rd on the depth chart.

Pains me to say it, but Denard HAS TO BE the frontrunner for the Heisman after weeks 1 and 2. What he is doing for that team is simply amazing.

Exactly, I don't think anyone is ready to hand him the trophy yet, but to say that anyone has had the kind of impact he has had after 2 weeks is pure hatred and bias.

I can easily say he is not a front runner for the Heisman. Let's face it... the Heisman goes to a player that is on a national championship contending team. Until Michigan can prove they are a contender, Robinson has no chance at the Heisman.

That's not a knock on Robinson. That's just how the award has worked recently.
