Many people just think of the sexual side effects with SSRIs, but they also have lots of other physical side effects like fatigue, weakness, shakyness, diarrhea, bloating, gas and other annoying side effects like insomnia. Anyways, anxiety and high blood pressure run in my family and cutting out caffeine and excercising more (cardio) have helped the most

blah blah blah know-it-all is back...quit stressing yourself out and jack off at least 4 times a week and you will be golden

Bottom line is I'd be looking for a cardiology consult if the best this guy can do is tell you it's hereditary and you're basically fucked.

Your bottom number is pot on.

Sometimes a water retention pill is all you need.

Anxiety of being at the doctor can have alot to do with it. My BP is always high at the doctors office, but I have my mom check it about once a month, and it is spot on.

Every 6 months I have to go to the doctor and get my prescription re-upped (Prilosec) and they always check it then. I'm always fine.

I can check it at CVS later if you want to continue to be a smartass about it.

Try taking a shot of apple cider vinegar every day. There's never really been any hardcore evidence that Apple Cider Vinegar really does everything it's claimed to help but people have been using it for centuries for all kinds of ailments.
