Huge win for Huron tonight, just about bought their way into the playoffs, and maybe made me look smart for picking them to sneak in several weeks ago lol. Clearview and Bucyrus pretty much dropped out of the playoffs didn't they? I'd do the math myself but it's late, and someone else will eventually...

No doubt a big win for Huron last night but a matchup with Genoa or Orrville does not bode well for the Tigers. Oak Harbor took a 23 - 7 lead early and it looked like it might get ugly for Huron, but they made adjustments and OH did not and Huron came back for a big win. I just don't think they have the horses to stick with Genoa or Orrville.

So if EC loses tonight, it would be a real shame for Genoa to go 10-0 and then get knocked out in the 1st round.

EC 6-1 plays Cle. Central Cath 6-1 this afternoon at 1pm if anyone is interested in scouting, WEOL 930 AM has it on live. A true high school sports station that carries more than 1 game per week, even talks scores and game info and DOESN'T play country

Riders1 has it right...if Orrville wins out, they'll be 2nd at worst. One more win should lock up a week 11 home game.

CCC with a int reurn for TD 6-6, EC drives inside the CCC 5 , but runs out of time and doesn't even get to try for a FG. 6-6 at halftime. It's streamiing at weol.com and on radio at WEOL 930 am.

Yes, I enjoy listening to WEOL even when I don't know the teams. I think they are better than the local country and a little sports station.

They usually carry 2 games on Friday, 1 live and 1 on tape delay, plus talk scores
, no country music

With 3:28 EC fakes FG, CCC will get ball at their own 20 yard line to try and score the winning TD.

EC stays at 2 in the region. I think around 17-ish points. Cf has 19+
Orrville & Genoa have around 14. Genoa wont catch either. Orrville needs to win out to be 1 or 2.

I figure CF, EC, and Genoa have secured home games and Orrville will with 1 more win. Triway's games with Fairless 1-7 and Timken 2-6 will leave them fighting off Huron and OG for 5th thru 7th and Galion, Clearview, Edison, and Evergreen in a dogfight for 8th in the last 2 weeks. After 1-6 Perkins beat 7-0 Clyde it shows no game left is a sure win for anyone, so we will still be guessing a week from now.

Can Eastwood slip into the playoffs if they beat PH? I see Ontario, Galion, and Evergreen all losing at least one more game each.
