yes and no.....Rom manager has so many roms pre-loaded and you can download roms from the link here http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=653 Read through the different roms and find which ones you like and which kernel works best! I'm using fresh rom and kingklick kernel and my evo is very fast and battery is better. King has 21 different kernels, with the newer ones being mostly better but some use the older kernels because they worked best for them!!!! If your not a member, join XDA and read through and you will be flashing roms in no time.... Many to choose from and some are pre-loaded into rom manager.

One more thing to ask for you. Are you using the pro version of rom manager and titanium or just the free?

Check your local Sprint store, we just got a 2600 mAh battery (the one that comes with the phone is 1500 mAh) for those of you who experience poor battery life. Also got in a dock that comes with an HDMI cable. Battery is $55 and comes with both a white and black battery cover. Dock is $40.

Does the 2600mah battery add bulk to the phone? I just ordered a 3500mah from Quickshippers

How much extra bulk does the battery add?

I have a 3500 and it doubles the thickness of the phone.....I do not use it because of that.

The one from Quickshippers is only supposed to add a very small amount of bulk. Anywho I do have an extra 3500mah battery with cover if anyone needs one

It makes the EVO look like it has a battery shaped tumor on the back. It's really not all that bad tho.
