Well, if you had a Droid X there is now an app that unlocks full HDMI-out capabilities, so you could watch videos or surf and have the images show up on your big screen tv. Lots and lots of possibilities there, especially if a fully compataible bluetooth keyboard app comes out.

Anybody tried PDA Net? My friend has it on his hero and it seems to work well to tether for free without rooting

Any way Sprint could find out about this and charge me for tethering?

I don't know about Sprint, but I know a few people that use it on Verizon and they have no problems.

I use it and have had no problems yet. But if you don't buy the app for like $20 you can't view https sites after about a month which is like email/banking etc.

Can't get it to work on my phone. it will load to the splash screen then crash. i've tried rebooting and removing the battery.

I don't even see Angry Birds in the marketplace...

Loved the game on my iPod Touch though.

Plants vs Zombies needs to come out on Android too.

I got it off of www.getandroidstuff.com....I don't think it is on the marketplace.

I just use dolphin browser and click on the download button on the website(usually redirects you to a site like mediafire) then a box pops up on my phone asking if I want to save the file...then it saves and installs on it's own.

Pretty much the same way you download roms for NES games off of third party sites.

Hey Imex do you know of any apps that will work as a wifi teether. I already use pdanet for my computer but I'm thinking about trying to use my phone over wifi to use for my 360.

If you root your phone, most roms have wireless tether baked in and it works really good.....

I'll try to tether my xbox 360 right now and see if it works!!!

Thanks for the info imex. I found a way to use pdanet through your laptop to the 360 so I'm going to try that. If I was here more than half the month maybe i'd pay $60 for internet but we are out to sea a ton until deployment.
