Our cable folks show up pretty close to the general time they tell you on the phone. I also had a very pleasant experience with one of the operators who was able to fix my problem over the phone with some very simple adjustments and easy to follow steps. I mention this because it was hardly ever that way for years and I'm hoping that the years of violent threats I made have gotten their attention. I know in my heart that this is not the case, but it makes me feel better to pretend it has made a difference.
