I just meant that he has been charged with something at least. Even a stupid idealogy like "guilty as charged" only works when someone is actually charged with something. Which Ben hasn't been. Someone said "neither has Pac Man" but he has been charged with things. That's all I was saying.

Technically, since the post you responded to alluded to Mantooth, you should have said, "All three of them are at best idiots who can't control themselves."
