Hanigan drilled that ball through the wind after it looked like Bruce should have been called out on the 2-2 pitch, but then walked.

Gomes and Votto and Bruce all beat that out.

The biggest problem was swinging at 2 freaking pitches he couldn't handle after a 5 pitch walk to Arroyo

Gomes looked f'n atrocious striking out on 3 pitches with the 3rd bouncing
Bruce hits first ball in air to SS

I would really like to see the guys giving the better at bats be moved up

Gomes is pulling off the ball so bad.......what is so hard about realizing a pitch most likely isn't going to give in and give you the pitch you want....take what he gives you.....he can do that and still be crazy agressive like his personality as a player........Dusty will bat him 5th forever....he's horrible about moving players in the lineup who are struggling...takes him 50-100 games to realize a problem.

Indians claimed IF/OF Drew Sutton off of waivers from Reds, whose roster is down to 39 players..... Which most likely opens the door for Dickerson

Aramis baited Heisey into almost throwing it away high to 3rd on the hit to CF. And Bronson gets out of it on the next pitch for an easy grounder from Fukudome.

Yes, I think Votto may be getting himself in trouble by becoming too much of a "swiper"! I noticed that in Pittsburgh sitting pretty close to 1B for the Wednesday game.
