No location I'm assuming?

With one out in the second inning, he walked three straight batters, so I'm guessing his location sucked big-time.

He was inches off most of the time....very inefficient. From the stands the pitches looked as good as Livan's....but obvioulsy were not. He wasn't going Rick Ankiel or anything....but he was off. 70 pitches in 2 1/3

You are right! How about this instead:

I guess there must have been some legit reasons, like Strasburg, not getting clutch hitting, and a loss of command by Volvquez who it is his 2nd game pitched in a year. Typically Tommy John pitchers have a hard time with command for a while when they come back. The 2nd game back would be a prone time to expect it after the novelty of being back for the first start wears off!
