Just to give the Mooney defense some credit, Hubbard's RB Andre Givens is rated even higher than Timbers by Rivals (31st) and we held the whole TEAM to 54 yards rushing. I'm not even sure how much of that Givens even had. And that's a team with a highly touted passing attack, not some one dimensional one-man team.

44Cards, Were you at the golf scramble? I met alot of people from Mooney, plus my memory is shot.
You got some big boys up there, and now add speed, thats a dangerous combo. From what I can remember, WH was big and fast, but it seemed like they got tired in the middle of the third and were done in the fourth.
Just my opinion, I feel Big Red has to jump out real quick in the first half and hold on for dear life in the second. Not really knowing much on Mooney, I think they will play smash mouth football and it will start wearing on Big Red late in the game. Heard will get his carries, just can't let him break too many long ones.

Thank you for that...God knows Mooney doesn't get enough credit.Mooney44Cards wrote: Just to give the Mooney defense some credit, Hubbard's RB Andre Givens is rated even higher than Timbers by Rivals (31st) and we held the whole TEAM to 54 yards rushing. Big Red's rush defense has to be one of the best in the State of Ohio. Mooney has got their hands full. I follow the red everywhere,They haven't seen this!

Wow i cant believe how arrogant "SOME' fans are being. Like GOLDEN WARROIR 1980 said. "gonna be a close game".
You have to wonder if some of these guys ever played the game. Big Red among most teams should know it possible to get their A@@'S wooped by Mooney and vice versa!
Thought there would be more mutual respect between these 2 programs. Especially after going 1-1 vs. each other recently.
RRR
And if Mooney wins, i'm rooting for Mooney to win it all.
Good Luck to Both storied and perrennial football powerhouses!! Put on a show like Coldwater and St. Henry did...

I predicted this game before the beginning of the season...in addition the only game I was worried about all year was the game against Inkster...with that said...Big Red will be playing Cincinnati Wyoming next week(I like Desales as much as I like Notre Dammit
)...just call me Nostradamus...
