Bunting when the pitcher is up and bunting a guy from 1st to 2nd in late innings have a purpose. Almost all other situations it's moronic. Most of baseball knows this, but as usual Dusty is about 50 years behind the rest of baseball...
When you can't hit a pitcher, giving up an out (with the one guy who has a couple hits on the day) is stupid beyond all comprehension.
