1-1 pitch to Hanigan was the one that should have gotten the run in shooting the fastball on the outer half through the drawn in right side of the infield. He tricked Hanigan into thinking he was going to pitch around him. Halladay would rather try to get Hanigan(needing just a SF) with one out than Phillips with two out(needing a hit).

Wood came back from a 2-0 count deficit to get to 2-2 then popped up Ransom for the 24th out in a row on 92 pitches! The 2-1 pitch was a thing of beauty. Maybe the top of the order can manufacture a run to really make it exciting!
