East Liverpool 32

Oak Glen 12-According to WTOV website

It also looks like Sheridan is for real. Wasn't Tri-Valley their toughest opponent so far?

Their only opponent so far.

They have an incredibly weak schedule

Not what we wanted, and it can't happen next week. We can do much better, although we did rise to the challenge in the second half ..... again.

Isn't Tri-Valley DIV2? Looks like Sheridan and maybe LV (if they win) may jump over the Quakers. They have to get it done in the next two weeks to have any hope of a home playoff.

True, but they beat a quality program in Dover and lost a close one to UA (24-17) who plays in one of the tougher D1 leagues and beat a D2 team with a winning record. So they more or less passed the tests they had. Gotta respect them for that. With all the talk about Big Red and Marlington, I think I'm going to pick Sheridan as my Region 11 spoiler (we'll see about their defense come week 11).

They are in the ECOL, we have to play them. When the League gets split in 2 years we will not have to play them again.

Sheridan will jump Salem, but not LV. LV plays a D6 team in Newark Catholic. Regardless of how good NC is, there's just not that many points there, if LV can even get past them to begin with.

Quakers will pick up points from the Struthers win and the big Campbell win over a good Girard team; however it all boils down to the final two games which will be real challenges: Lakeview and East Liverpool. If we win them both we will host a playoff game; we control our own destiny and both games are in our house. Go Quakers !!!

No chance. Alot of those big schools we did beat are winners. It will be close for us and Marlington for first place when the dust settles.

I think it is pretty safe to assume Marlington has got seed 1, barring an unforeseen loss.

This week Id agree with you . If they do lose we will regain it . . I just we get somewhat healthy by playoff time . I cant remember the last time our team has suffered so many injuries in a season right off the bat and then everyweek after . I think we got the horses to win D-3 this year ,But its going to take alot.

Okay, let's assume an 8-2 East Liverpool, a 9-1 Salem Quakers, and a 10-0 Sheridan

It looks to me like it might end up something like this..

1. Marlington
2. Steubenville
3. Sheridan
4. Salem
5. East Liverpool
6. Minerva
7. Licking Valley
8. Edison

With Dover as a wildcard

With the above are you assuming a 9-1 Minerva or an 8-2 Minerva?
Would guess 8-2? At 9-1 would that drop Salem from the #4 spot & put Minerva in it?
Just curious, Harbin points don't register in brain very well ;)

If Big Red goes 8-2 they will finish no worse than 2nd.....and if Louisville beats Marlington, then Big Red is probably 1st.

An 8-2 Steubenville definitely beats a 9-1 Marlington.

If Steubenville gets healthy they will be a handful. I haven't seen Marlington play this year but I hear they're really solid. Hope to see them in the playoffs....

The Red has to take care of business the next 2 weeks...

Licking Valley may fall out . Indian Creek will get in with two wins.
