The Human Joystick, Dante Hall. Dude ran back 7,000 punt and kick-off returns for touchdowns in 2001 and never ran another one back again.

Austin Croshere, John Starks, Peja Stojakovich (pretty much the whole Kings team from '99 and '02 ... Doug Christe, Mike Bibby, Jason Williams) and J.R. Rider.

Penny Hardaway and Harold Miner tie for this award, however. With Hall a close second.
