I was wondering what everyone thought was the best protein supplement out there? The best bang for the buck? I am about to start on P90x here soon and was curious what other people were using. Thanks.

IMO best bang for the buck is the 5lb EAS 100% Whey from Sam's Club.

Better Bang for your buck is Extreme Fortress Whey Protein from Wal-Mart. $15.00 for the container and it's 52g of Protein.

N.O. Xplode is not Creatine either. It is a preworkout Nitric Oxide product designed to increase blood flow (the muscle pump) among other things. As far as EAS, in my opinion, it is not near as good as it used to be. The Wal-Mart protein is not worth the money. It my be 52g per serving, but it is not protein readily used by you body. I would agree with those who said the ON 100% gold whey. I also like the GNC brand Amplified Extreme Whey.

Exactly what all of these supplement companies want you to think. Whey protein is whey protein...and it doesn't need to cost an arm and a leg for you to get it.

^^^^^^^^

Whey is pretty much whey.

The real question is which one do you like the taste of enough to actually use?

You can be picky with other supplements but whey protein you should just choose the cheapest one that tastes good to you.

Just bought some Dymatize Elite Whey protein. Had my first shake with it this morning, it tasted pretty damn good.

I've tried them all, and for some reason unknown to doctors, I can't keep it down. I've tried probably 10-15 different types of whey and about 15 minutes after drinking each one, it comes back up.

That site you linked has "Hemp protein powder". I'd be afraid to take a piss test if using that.

1a- ON's Gold Standard Whey
1b- Dymatize

As mentioned, NO Xplode is NOT protein or creatine. It's a nitric oxide that is supposed to act like Viagra on the muscles. NO Xplode is pretty decent but if you want the shit as far as preworkout supplements, Jack3D by USP Labs is like crack for workout fiends.

I heard Jack3D is pretty good. I'm on my second cycle of NO Shotgun by VPX and that stuff has been amazing
