Just watched The Burbs on WGN.

Silly movie but this dude was pretty funny as one of the neighbors.

Also in Scary Movie as Cindy's dad and minor roles in Groundhog Day and Spaceballs. I always found him to be a quality comedic actor, though overall he has been used sporadically. I think he could have or should have been more of a household name.

He did some hilarious standup as well. I had a vhs tape of a showtime special he had done in the late 80's wore it out as a teenager. he was also in encino man as the teacher
