In my business I have to deal with the UK, India, Brazil and China.
We have connected my computer to communicate with those contacts and locations. It is great … has save me a ton of time and effort plus the cost saving of a phone calls and faxes.
We are using Windows Live Messenger.
How many Chatter have Live Computer Video Messenger installed on your computer and what program do you use and why?

I have been using Skype lately to talk with folks at the National Library of Australia and National Library of New Zealand.

I use skype. Lately the quality has been getting pretty bad. Most of the time I only use voice because video drags everything to a halt.
Anyone else have that problem? (We're assuming that more and more people are using it and the extra traffic is what is causing the problem.)

At work we use a program called "microsoft office communicator" that links into Outlook and can do phone calls and video calls as well as instant messaging, and it saves all the messages in outlook as an "email".
It also is just a click and drag to send documents to someone instead of attaching them to email.
