Because he wasn't standing out in the playoffs, because he had no teammates.

This isn't rocket science people, I don't understand how so many people don't just see it CLEARLY. The Lakers, specifically Kobe, are a prime example.

The best team over the past 2 years, but no all stars, unless you want to count Mo Williams who was the 2nd replacement of another replacement LOL

They understand it, but they aren't going to admit it. Admitting so belittles their entire worthless and largely irrational argument, Kobe is better because he has a better team, and Kobe has rings because he has a better team, put Kobe on the Pacers or Wizards they won't even make the playoffs.

I checked the standings for the last 2 years and the Cavs had the best team.
Of course it doesn't translate in the Playoff season because some players cannot handle the pressures of Playoff basketball as well #24.

Cavs the best team? Or Cavs the best player?

I'll take the latter.

Lol, please. If D. Wade could earn a 5 SEED in the East with his teammates in Miami, then Kobe could at least limp into the 7th or 8th spot with one of those teams.

Well, maybe not the Wizards after their mid-season trades. That roster is AWFUL.

You're probably right, but then what? He'd refuse to shoot and get knocked out of the playoffs because his team sucks? SO MUCH HEART IN THAT MAN!!!

For the last two years the Cavs have had the best record in the league and were a No. 1 seed in the playoffs...

While they were winning, (regular season and first round of the playoffs, this year);
noone questioned their coaching,
noone questioned the team surrounding Lebron,
noone questioned the "leadership" of Shaq,
noone questioned the talent of Jamison,
noonoone questioned the two-time MVP's heart, skills or desire

It was a given in all sports that the Cavs had all the pieces in place to secure their first NBA title and you Cavs fans were all aboard for the ride.

If Lebron was the superstar he's endorsed to be, he's paid to be, he's honored to be...in game 6, after he hit the two 3-pointers back to back and they were within 4 points, that was when he as the leader, the superstar, the all-star, the MVP, was supposed to put that team on his back, and "will" the Cavs to victory, or at least make the attempt!

He didn't, the Cavs lost, and despite the fact that Lebron is an exceptional basketball player...he hasn't shown true leadership although he has had the opportunity!

The problem with LeBron is he's pampered so damn much. He has a franchise bending over backwards for him and his "business team" is most likely always in his ear about how great he is. I forget the dudes name, but he was LBJ's former agent and he was fired because (by popular belief) he tried to tell LeBron like it was and LeBron didn't like it.
