No doubt. I was just stunned he hit it so hard. Usually you see finesse shots around the keepers from those angles or in those situations in general. Rarely does someone just step up and hit it.

Wow, what an effort from South Africa. They had plenty of chances but were unlucky.

I had Mexico advancing from this group to begin with, but now, I'm not sure. They'll definitely need to step it up against France and Uruguay. I'm not sure that South Africa will be able to advance, but from today, they'll put up a fight.

Watched the game at a pub, it was fucking awesome. Beers went down so smooth.

SA should have won, but Mexico had their chances. It is clear that Mexico does not have the forward to do anything in this tournament.

Also, my friend kept telling me how much bullshit that offside call was.I was getting so mad, I had to just bite my tongue. He kept saying its the first defender, I was like no god damnit it's 2 players lol i dont even want to get into it..

First soccer game I have ever watched. Went to a Mexican bar to watch it there. Pretty fun.

I thought the announcers sucked.

I still thin both these teams advance, but Uruguay will be a very tough out. France could run away with it, but I see an epic fail (see: 2002) out of them.

They were sure a lot better than the American announcers from lost world cup and anything is better than Brent Musberger calling a World Cup game.

I hope Tommy Smyth calls the next game. His Irish ass is very entertaining.
